Reca Plast has started its activity in the mid-eighties and is located on an area of more than 3.200 sm. Specialized in the construction and production of plastic components and injection and extrusion/blowing moulds, the company is equipped with sophisticated machinery and an advanced Cad/Cam designing system.
Thanks to our particular attention to the quality of the product and customer’s requests the company grew up quickly and two years later the new industrial laboratory has been created enabling the development of the activity and the increase of the number of customers.
In 1991 the laboratory has been enlarged and the opening of a new section for the production of plastic dustbin has been achieved through a process of extrusion /blowing afterwards completed with “injection/iron/blowing PET enabling wider response to the customer’s needs and the consolidation of important business cooperation.
Over the years thanks to the continuous investments made by its owner Mr Remo Carnevalini in new machines and qualified personnel Recaplast has had a large development and toward the end of the 90’s has begun to export its products becoming the supplier of important companies of GDO such as Carrefour, Tesco, Casino and to serve several companies in Europe in such sectors as: hotel, food, home, personal hygiene.

The product range includes:
Household plastic items: glasses, dishes and trays of various sizes.
Bathroom collection: toilet seats, pedal and sensor bins, toilet brushes, bath and shower mats.
Plastic components such as PE/PET bottles and hollow structures.

Nowadays Reca Plast has achieved important results in the production of plastic components through injection, extrusion/blowing and injection/iron/blowing applied in the following sectors:

Since last year, Reca Plast has been starting a policy of internationalization through the creation of a factory in Poland.

THE MARKET
The company refers to the GDO markets , wholesalers dealers in Europe . We are official supplier of the Carrefour group in several European countries.

MARKET STRATEGY
As regard the export markets and in particular those countries that have a strong market impact, Reca Plast prefers to choose important and reliable partners in order to study together the right way to approach the market and the correct marketing and communication strategies to adopt. Our natural target is to enter the segment of the accessories for bathroom and approach dealers , agents or wholesalers who serve: supermarkets, discounts, hypermarkets.

As our company is constantly growing and investing in new technologies and machines , through the constant study of our Research and Develop Department we have the possibility to develop new products on large quantities in accordance with the reference market requirements and the hints of our partner. Moreover the company is constantly developing new products in order to integrate the range of bathroom accessories.

The main pluses in respect of the competitors are based essentially on the capacity to assist the customer/partner through a quick and effective service and post sales assistance. Our dedicated Export Department will provide the customers for any information, offers, assistance they may be in need of. Moreover the company is constantly developing new products in order to integrate the range of bathroom accessories.

TURNOVER
In the year 2007 Reca Plast has reached a turnover of more 6.000.000 euro.

In a more and more diversified market, it is essential to re-think the way of facing the new demand, paying attention to an increasing difficult due to the worldwide concurrence.

Such a scenery, in some way, pushes our company to re-think its mission within short terms. This is a characteristic of the traditional “Marche model”, that is to say the capacity to refine its flexibility which is necessary to offer adequate services to customers.
